MEMORY: It support a dedicated Card slot that is microSDXC with an inbuild internal storage of 128GB and  8GB of RAM this is really interesting.

MAIN CAMERA: It features a Quad 64 MP, (wide), 1/1.72", 0.8µm, PDAF
8 MP, (ultrawide), 1/4.0", 1.12µm
2 MP, f/2.4, (macro)
2 MP, f/2.4, (depth) with Quad-LED flash, HDR, panorama Video 4K@30fps, 1080p@30fps, gyro-EIS.

Mind you this is not the device to launch with this camera as XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 8 PRO AND REDMI NOTE 9 PRO DEBUT WITH THE CAMERA

SELFIE CAMERA: The Dual 48 MP, (wide), 1/2.0", 0.8µm and an 8 MP, (ultrawide), 1/4.0", 1.12µm with HDR Video 1080p@30fps makes the front facing camera a joy to behold but still I couldn't notice much difference between this and the REDMI NOTE 9S Front facing camera.

SOUND: It has a Loudspeaker  along with a 3.5mm jack which will give users options during music playback. I wasn't satisfied with the output from the downward firing speakers though. There isn't enough Bass and couple with that the speakers can be blocked easily when playing games or when using it in a horizontal form.

COMMUNICATIONS/CONNECTIONS:

It has WLAN Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, then a dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, a hotspot with the latest  Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP. It has a GPS with A-GPS, an FM radio along with USB2.0, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, USB On-The-Go

FEATURES

It has Fingerprint sensor (side-mounted), which works pretty fast as compared to other devices but with a giant 6.85 screen size it will be difficult for those with little hands to reach out to the finger print or operate with a single hand. An accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass with SMS(threaded view), MMS, Email, Push Email, IM Browser HTML5.

BATTERY:

it features a Li-Po 4500 mAh, non-removable battery. The device is claimed to last a whole day with heavy usage but I doubt that with the 90Hz refresh rate, a giant screen and a SoC that demands enough power. Although with the 33W fast charging out of the box you can easily top up the device within a shot time Although REDMI NOTE 9 PRO has this technology and charges the 5020mAh battery from 0 to 100 with 1 hour 10 minutes.

The Colors available are Silver Diamond, Black Diamond, Green Diamond with a Models  number X687

Price: The price of Infinix Zero 8 in Nigeria is about N120, 000 Nigerian Naira compared to N96,000 REDMI NOTE 9S AND N110,000 REDMI NOTE 9 PRO.

Overall this phone looks great as we can say it is the first flagship mid range mobile from INFINIX till date. But comparing its specifications and price with the likes of REDMI NOTE 8 PRO, REDMI NOTE 9S and REDMI NOTE 9 PRO, one would be tempted to opt for the Redmi brand.

But in all the phone is good to go.
