MTN Nigeria is currently dishing out 50GB of data on its MyMTN mobile App. This is not some cheat codes, it's legal for anyone who downloads MyMTN APP. You can download yours for free directly from Playstore or Apple Store.

All you need;
- Your time
- A smartphone (Android or iOS)
- MTN SIM(s)
- MyMTN app
- Some Mobile data
- Email Address (not necessarily for method one)
NOTE: TO BE ABLE TO EXHAUST THE 50GB, YOU MUST CONSIDER ACTIVATING THIS FREE DATA AROUND 12:00AM (MIDNIGHT). REASON BECAUSE WHICHEVER TIME YOU ACTIVATE YOURS, IT WILL STILL EXPIRE THAT SAME DAY BY 11:59PM.
FIRST METHOD
- Only if you've never downloaded or used MyMtn app before
- Click on the App link- Download MyMTN mobile App from Playstore here
- Wait for the installation of MyMTN App to be completed J
- Just login your phone using email address and you will see a pop up to get the 50GB data
- Tap on it to receive
NOTE: THE DATA IS ONLY FOR 24 HOURS. Unlimited downloads and update activated.
SECOND METHOD
FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY MUST HAVE ACTIVATED MyMTN App before now, follow the steps below carefully;
- Logout
- Click sign in with gmail
- Use a new gmail to sign up
- Add your normal mtn number
- Refresh (At this stage you may get a pop up with 50GB data, but if you don't receive it after a few seconds, then proceed with the steps below)
- Logout again
- Then login with the number normally
- Claim your 50gb
What if I have more than one sin card? You can activate for all your SIM cards. But remember validity is still 24 Hours.

How to claim another 50gb on same device using another MTN Sim
✓ Just download Island (Early Access) App on Playstore, just search for it.
✓ Open the app, tap on *Mainland*, click the search button and search for *myMTN*
✓ Tap on the App once seen, click on the Folder with plus icon then select *Island*.
✓ You will be redirected to Playstore, sign in with a Gmail account then you will be prompt to download myMTN App.
✓ Open the app after installation, register with the new number, attach a new email which has never been used on myMTN App before.
✓ Once logged in, Activate the data and enjoy. If you have never purchase data plan on the SIM before, then you need to purchase at least 100mb data before activation.
